Champions will show you the terminal

ORAT Champions will share a virtual tour of the new terminal at their respective team meetings in September. They are also leading in-person site walks. Stay tuned for guidance on when and how to register.

Following site walks, ORAT Champions will provide worksite-specific updates with their teams, covering how each group will operate in the new space. These updates will outline the day-to-day experience for your team, from arrival procedures and TSA screening to team-specific processes and space accommodations.

As we prepare to open our new terminal, every employee should feel informed, confident, and ready. ORAT Champions—a group spanning teams and shifts across the entire PIT campus—has you covered with information, insights and updates to ensure readiness.

These champions—equipped and supported by PIT’s ORAT team—are rolling out key information to frontline teams. Their goal is to help every team member understand what they need to:

• Know – the facts, timelines, and what’s changing
• Say – how to talk about it with others
• Do – the actions needed to prepare
• Feel – proud, ready, and confident

These champions, listed below, aren’t just sharing updates; they’re listening too. If something’s unclear or could be improved, your champion will escalate it directly to the ORAT team.
