Badging Office Move to Bring Better Experience for All

As part of our efforts to transform PIT, our Badging Office is moving to a new space designed to better serve the needs of PIT badge holders.

Highlights of the change include:

• New space, more service, better experience—PIT’s Badging Office will move from its current spot to a much more spacious and purpose-built location on the lower level of the new terminal. Changes are being made to increase processing capacity, to reduce wait times and shorten lines.
• Badges updated automatically for new workspaces—You’ll use your current badge to access your new workspace once construction is complete. Team members won’t have to take any actions to have access adjusted; badges will update automatically as new card readers come online as the new airport opens.

Special notice if your badge renewal is due in August or September:

• If your current credentials are due to expire this fall, don’t wait! Take action as soon as your renewal window opens to avoid the possibility of delays as we familiarize ourselves with the new spaces and equipment.
