Breeze Airways continues to grow at Pittsburgh International Airport, adding its 15th location with year-round service to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The nonstops will be flying Mondays and Fridays beginning July 3 on Airbus A220-300 aircraft, where Breeze has 164 seats in three classes. It will be a ramping up of service Breeze has at Myrtle Beach and in Pittsburgh.

“This new nonstop gives travelers an easy and affordable way to enjoy one of the East Coast’s most popular beach destinations,” said Breeze Airways CEO David Neeleman. Breeze Airways was founded by JetBlue cofounder Neeleman and is a low-cost carrier that began service in Pittsburgh in 2021 with four markets. It has grown by leaps and bounds since then. The cities it serves includes Tampa Bay, Charleston, Fort Myers, Providence, Hartford, Raleigh, New Orleans, Norfolk, Portland and Jacksonville. It also began flying to Los Angeles and Pittsburgh International Airport in 2025 and will also be launching Pittsburgh-Greenville, South Carolina, and Pittsburgh-Louisville, Kentucky, in 2026.
