Pittsburgh International Airport has spent $2 billion on a terminal makeover, and it’s not the only mid-size airport getting upgrades. Several cities, including Columbus, Louisville and San Diego, are making changes to aesthetics, checkpoints and baggage claims to improve customer experience and reduce travel time.
