Pittsburgh welcomes new Aer Lingus nonstop making access to the city even easier for UK & Irish travellers in 2026. Following the recent Aer Lingus announcement detailing a new nonstop flight to Pittsburgh International (PIT) from Dublin Airport (DUB), travellers from the UK and Ireland now have even easier access to the vibrant US city of Pittsburgh.

Aer Lingus’ UK hub is located at London Gatwick (LGW), but you can also fly from 15 other UK airports to both Ireland and Northern Ireland destinations. This offers additional options for travellers in the north of England and Scotland to travel internationally without having to connect through London Heathrow (LHR) benefiting from access to Dublin Airport’s US Preclearance where passengers can complete all immigration checks before departure. This allows for a smoother and quicker transition state-side.
