Pittsburgh International Airport’s new terminal is staging an additional dress rehearsal before the curtain lifts on its $1.7 billion makeover. A second trial date has been added for the public to test the functions of the airport, from parking to the check-in counters, airport officials said Wednesday.
Volunteers will act as passengers, moving through the terminal as airport workers aim to create a realistic experience ahead of its official opening. Participants will submit feedback on any adjustments they might want to see among the more than 40 airport functions that will be tested.
