For the first time in 33 years, Pittsburgh International Airport has a new landside terminal.

It took nearly 10 years of planning and construction to reach the grand opening on Nov. 18, so airport officials were prepared, planning every stage of closing the old terminal and moving operations to the new building around 3 a.m.
